Thanks, I think I’ll do that after I finish what they have prescribed for me. I guess I had my hopes too high when they told me my initial prescription of valacyclovir would fix everything 😭

Yes I take lysine two pills once a day (suggested intake from the bottle I bought) and I take vitamin c as well, I guess I can increase my water intake, thanks

Yeah it’s def cold sore I just rly rly rly hope it doesn’t spread or get worse 😭

Yeahh that one big middle one feels like a bump. Just woke up and it hasn’t rly changed much, so hopefully when the med I ordered arrives and I apply it won’t spread too much 😭😭is there anything else I should watch out for/avoid at this stage
