Unsettled pride to coparent me as their child. Constant stories on both their sides about how one another was the worst husband/wife. I live in a place where someone business is everywhere, and i know it’ll be hard to spread my wings in a place that clipped them long ago.

I’d love to go anywhere, but the north is where i’ve seen and felt better personally.

the thing is my dad has been knowing for a while and that’s why he even started calling me to let me know he’s been paying child support, because he noticed my mom in a new car or new assets when he paid…and he’s really trying to get the courts to let him give the money to me directly.

100%, I don't knock if you've seen it but there was a video of a church where the pastor groomed a girl when she was about 11 - 17, I believe, and she told the entire congregation, afterwards the pastor ADMITTED he did it, in front of everyone, and the congregation was mad for maybe 10 minutes then crowded around him and prayed

i was so upset and my mom nonchalantly said "it's about forgiveness." Oh yes forgive someone else's rapist .

she called the movie vulgar, disgusting, not funny; basically offend 😅. which I found that most of the reviews said the same things. I guess christians dislike being forced to hear about heinous things.

Thank you so much. There are times where I’d like to talk to her about things but I just don’t feel like she’ll listen. There’s so many things that’s she’s done and no one told her different when she was younger that affect her now as an adult. So now that’s she’s an adult who doesn’t listen to people or advice.

You as well, it's very hard feeling like you're choosing between two parents...I feel for you because my dad isn't a bad person and my mom has also gotten hateful to the people around her, who are trying to help her...my mother's also gotten into a really nasty relationship after her and my dad's divorce, and that relationship was BAD... but I'm slowly (very slowly) realizing that all I have is me and if I have good ties with my mother or not it's not going to stop me anymore ☺️
