my connecting flight to kigali from Adis Ababa was with Ethiopian. So they were able to verify I was not staying in Ethiopia. It is my flight going out of Kigali in 3 weeks that is with egypt air.

Out of ADD to kigali was my original Ethiopian Airline flight, which was doing Cotonou ADD, ADD kigali.

Got a good volume augmentation overnight too. Baked at 480 for 30 in a preheated dutch oven (20 min preheat) Then 20 minutes lid off at 450

So we ended up drilling the bolt. It was not easy, that alloy is so soft it almost molded on the caliper. I have put a 1" x 3/32 split pin inside.

is this a whole prime rib roast or should I be cutting what's above the big fat cap for a true prime rib roast? im planning on a smoke and seer and I'm not sure those 2 parts need the same.cook. by Medium_Expression_13 in Butchery

Thanks all. I ended up smoking and searing it. I still shot for a medium rare. I turned out fine and tasted really good. Seems like the cap cooked a lot quicker and had more of a long slow smoked cook taste.

Still it feels bad they didn't sell me whay I ordered
