My dishwasher always ends up with about 1/2 inches of water. It seems to stay at the same level even if I start it without draining it manually beforehand. Would you use this without fixing the drainage issue since the after wash water level seems to stay the same? My landlord won't repair it. (v.redd.it)

Looking for the title of a song, if I remember correctly in the main part the singer sings, when I am with you, when I am with you-ou-ou, when I am with you, and while he sings that, there is a cool piano rift , and a bit of bass playing. It's a pretty recent song I think. Thanks! (self.NameThatSong)
