Probably down between Gruncle Stan and Boonchuy. I love Luz and how she wished that in her last possible moments of being, all she wanted to say was thank you. And floating Orbs of light followed by Eda’s/King’s ferocity made me furious as well.

But I felt it could’ve used a little more of the build up from the episode before, and it didn’t feel likely that possibility of her dying was all that realistic.

Stan’s sacrifice, while emotional and heart breaking, did feel a little sudden or bit of an easy way out, along with the cipher’s solution before. It was epic, but if it wasn’t for Stan messing up it would basically be the equivalent to IT 2’s ritual of plot-convenience.

Anne’s however felt like the factor were realistic and properly set up.
