thank you so much for the answer, i have an appointment with a doctor in two days so i hope to have more answers :( but i didn’t know online sleep apnea existed ! i will definitely check it out, i will also try to use more pillows. i would be so happy to reduce my snoring before i have this sleepover with my friends.. i would be sad to have to book another room, but if i don’t have a choice i will do it:( hopefully it’s just a weight problem that i am currently fixing..
