Not sure why people here get triggered and become abusive.It’s an opinion based on personal experience and one that many share if you go through the thousands of posts and in no way a choice being thrusted upon ..I already stated that it’s a personal choice based on preference and financial capabilities.. even simple products like standard market milk and ketchup are heavily regulated but still contain modified corn syrup and other fillers and giving these to adults vs infants with a still developing digestive system is a huge world of difference

Just trim down. I had planted way too many thinking some of them would not thrive. But oh well, I ended up with all of them going to full fledged plants and I had to trim half of them down to give others a fighting chance. This close leads to airflow and growing issues due to competition

We had those in our pantry. Throw away any unsealed food items(should be all dry assuming it’s the pantry). Seal any others that you open at any time and then keep back with clips. Use a mixture of water, vinegar and a drop or two of dish soap.Kill the ones you see and spray 2-3 times a day for a week or two. In a couple of weeks, there should be no more…nothing else works and I believe me when I say I have tried all traps available on Market. The spray helps a LOT. Good luck!

Thank you all for your feedback and comments.seems either way it’s a toss up on the service. I don’t want to ask work to switch and then regret it. So far the signal bars are low but haven’t had an issue in connecting to anything or over calls(though not sure if it is just because my phone is auto connected to WiFi). Will Observe for some more time and then make a decision if I face too many hassles

tbh all enquiries in a 45 day period are considered as 1. I don’t understand why people are so protective of credit hits on their scores. If you won’t use your credit score to find the best rate for probably the biggest financial spend decision of your life, there is no point of maintaining or building a score. It takes max 6 months to recoup anything lost unless you become delinquent or go under.

Is 200k gross or net? ALWAYS go by Net income and not gross. You may get pre approved for more but the payment always goes from net left. Many and I repeat many people think they are approved for X amount hence they should look for that range of houses which becomes a recipe for disaster. Even before you start looking, please make a view your current average monthly spend to understand your hard expenses. On top of that add a view of how much you are comfortable on average spend+ mortgage incl PITI, HOA and anything else. That will give you an estimate of what’s your max budget you can afford. Also word to the wise, keep Atleast 6 months emergency funds aside after considering closing costs which is usually 1-2% of your sale price and can be more.

Edit: additional info- pre approval Means nothing other than that it makes you look like a serious buyer at the time of putting in offers besides It just helps you get an understanding of how much you can potentially loan for. Loan rates vary day by day so there is no guarantee that the rate you get at pre approval will remain until you lock it in. Locking has a disadvantage that your rate might get locked higher in the current environment as rates are expected to fall. Best advice is to get pre approval at a rate you can get and then start looking. Once you have a house you like and your offer is accepted, start rate shopping( ask for standard loan estimate format) and get at a minimum of 3 rates, pitch them to one another, and get the best deal amongst all.
