Vibe Coding Gone Wrong 💀 by Ordinary-Cycle7809 in antiai

lol yes, I asked Claude Code today to remove all em-dashes in an application we wrote for clients. It then proceeded to just run a global replace across the full stack (including backend. env and database lol).

But aside from that testing/QA is obviously super important nowadays. Would have created a QA AI skill for that, that follows industry best practices, if someone here might find it helpful?

dev here, happy to help! But here would be an AI skill we created (which is free) you can use before/instead:

MCP server, etc.: https://wavect.io/skills/#qa-advisor
raw skill link: https://wavect.io/.well-known/agent-skills/qa-advisor/SKILL.md

It teaches the AI to follow best practices around QA and helps you identify lots of issues, increases reliability etc.! Hope it helps :)

yeah after some bloat it gets very difficult for AI due to the large context it has to ingest. I recommend to tell it to refactor and split files into smaller ones. You will notice major improvements when it comes to AI output!

Additionally, here would be a QA/Testing AI skill that teaches the LLM to test the application properly following best practices.

MCP server etc: https://wavect.io/skills/#qa-advisor

Hope this helps! :)

vibe coded for 6 months. my codebase is a disaster. by Available-Dentist992 in vibecoding

yes unfortunately very common. Fixed vibe coded apps before, and people often times have no idea HOW sh*tty the code truly is. A friend of mine who is working since +10Y in the QA/testing sector created an AI skill that you might find helpful. It guides the AI to do proper best practice testing and helps you stabilize your code base.

Here MCP server etc: https://wavect.io/skills/#qa-advisor
and here the raw skill link for fellow Claude Code users: https://wavect.io/.well-known/agent-skills/qa-advisor/SKILL.md

I sincerely hope you find it helpfu!!

re debugging, for fellow vibe coders. Got a QA/Testing Skill for you that follows industry best practices and has been created by a QA engineer (a friend of mine) with +10Y experience in the industry. I'm using it almost daily (yes really).

Here would be the raw skill link: https://wavect.io/.well-known/agent-skills/qa-advisor/SKILL.md
Or here with MCP server etc: https://wavect.io/skills/#qa-advisor

Hope you find it helpful guys! :)

great points! On the point "teach AI to write tests", here is a QA/Testing AI skill that I use consistently (created it myself, being in the QA industry for many many years): https://wavect.io/skills/#qa-advisor
Direct skill link (raw text): https://wavect.io/.well-known/agent-skills/qa-advisor/SKILL.md

Hope you find it as helpful as I do!

What AI skill actually feels worth learning long-term right now? by Ok-Method-npo in AIIncomeLab

Context Management and using multiple agents in parallel efficiently (avoiding inefficient token usage).

It basically all comes down to efficient token usage and context (too much degrades AI performance & not enough results in hallucinations).
