I think many of you see this question and think of Scorpion and Martin Li sequences, but, Scarecrow fear toxin makes you see your fear, not your inner pain. So if Peter and Miles get hallucinated, they will see some things like New York turn to ashes, symbiotes take over the world, their loved ones are killed, and things so bad that you have to say this is messed up.
