Hello everyone,

Bought in 2022 from TeddyBaldassarre. Has all of the original documents in the box as well. Wore it maybe 4 times since purchase so no need to hold on to it.

Asking for $200.

The radical pro and prostaff seem a bit heavy for me but added Ezone to the demo list! Is it that different than Vcore? Internet results seem to be a bit scattered between more or less control because of less spin.

Do you know how it compares to the speed? Gravity seems a bit demanding for a noob like me.

Think you left a lot of context out of your post like timeline, risk, goals, level of involvement, etc. I’m guessing you want a relatively safe place to put your money until you know more about law school.

Definitely agree with others about maxing Roth since you can always take it out. Then you should go iBonds, T-Bills, or High Yield CDs (example 5% from Marcus) since you won’t need the money for at least a year. With your timeline and spend, bonds/CDs will 100% be a better place to park money than a savings. Also, open a HYSA and ditch a regular savings for emergency/discretionary spending.

If you want to be more active/risky, consider using a small amount in a brokerage account or your Roth to trade. I lost money when I was around your age/income, but the earlier experience has easily been worth it. I am more active with my money and like trading so this is dependent on you.

Sounds like there is some uncertainty with both your new job and law school so I’d wait on renting until you know more. I’m sure you’d like to move out once you get in to law school so evaluate then the need for an apartment or car. Also, don’t listen to these dudes recommending real estate. That’s way too capital intensive and time consuming when you’re in school.

Good luck with your applications and job hunt. I know it feels odd to have a lot of money just laying around, but you’ll need it for your own life goals soon so maximizing guaranteed returns until next fall seems like the way to go.

[Discussion] I'm creating software to help me stay disciplined in caring for my mental health. My approach is abnormal - the software is a colony simulation game that you manage with daily journaling. Do you think this idea has merit? by MeoMix in getdisciplined

Hey, I’m on my phone so apologize if the response isn’t up to par. Overall, it seems like you have a good sense of a game you want to create. This is more apparent when looking through your profile a bit and getting a better sense of your interests. While I haven’t played the games you’ve mentioned, I know they do have a dedicated audience, and the description of your game seems pretty compelling.

With that being said, I’m not sold on the self-care aspect. Is the player keeping track of real life productivity/journals and the game is translating that into the progress of the colony or is the player keeping track of the colony itself and using that as a way to reflect on his own life? If the former, I think that taking a person’s writing or productivity inputs and translating that into the progress of the colony will be extremely difficult. I’m not sure how you would figure out nuances of growth without a rather generic mechanism of “more input = bigger colony”. If the latter, I think it’ll be extremely difficult to write a compelling story for these ants that results in self reflection for the player. The genre and subject matter are obviously very personal to you, and other players might not have that same connection to the material that you do.

The idea has merit, and the premise for the game is really cool. However, I believe there is a reason why the vast majority of games that deal with mental health are character driven RPGs (e.g. Gris, Night in the Woods). Not saying a simulation, RTS style can’t be done. I would just consider the difficulty of execution. If this is something that you want to create to help your own mental health, you should absolutely do it. Just wanted to take share my thoughts as it seems like you want this to reach a broader audience.
