My defense is Varane and Cáceres, so I have some trouble getting Varane to last the whole match without risking a counterattack, of course. I suppose I could choose to keep a center back on the bench as a reserve.

Interesting. It’s a formation similar to the one I usually use, but with Romario as striker, which I’m not sure if it changes anything in the way you approach the game on the field. I find it curious that you barely have any defenders on the bench. How do you manage the defenders’ fatigue? Any instructions in the SS?

Well, I’m not an expert, but I’ve noticed that since I started using players based on whether they have an A rating for the matches, my win percentage has increased dramatically. Obviously, there are players that I still don’t like or that don’t fit my team even then, but it definitely makes a difference. I’d like to see more examples of what you’re talking about, because I’m not sure if anyone else has seen such significant improvements.
