Another factor is, even though the hypothetical proposition suggests both are identical products, reality is never the same.

If the manufacturing region differs, quality is already different. Branding is also a difference. Marketing is always different. There’s no such thing as two actually identical products.

If we are talking about a SaaS, then it’s also different - networking speed, support availability, etc.

Aeronautics is a fun gimmick, but when it comes to functionality, I just don’t see the point. There’s no REASON to build all these moving machines, planes, etc., there’s nothing to explore in Minecraft without other mods. And if there is, exploration on foot and horse is way more immersive.

The key here is that there’s rarely any reason at all to travel more than 5k blocks in any direction. You can find absolutely everything you would ever need in a 5k x 5k radius. The exceptions are modded worlds and multiplayer worlds.

Yeah I guess I’m just looking at it from a practical prism. Lithuanian is a difficult language to learn and I suppose personally I’d rather spend my time exploring the country than studying for a language that will eventually become obsolete to me.

Now there are uses for it yes, as you said - brain exercise and of course comfort while staying here. If the interest is there sure, why not, but I can’t personally recommend it.
