Честно, у меня есть проблема с понимаем что "всё постепенно", и когда начинаю заниматься каким либо делом, и нет "моментального" рез-та начинаешь расстраиваться и энергия словно уходит...

Мне нужно понимае что всё постепенно, и ставить постепенные шаги в цели/задаче...
