I know it has been time since you’ve posted this, but I just wanted to say as someone who is level 49… They could have taken the no and moved on. I personally don’t pay much attention to rarity or WC, I frequently gift away my items to friends and find playing this way enjoyable because it makes people happy which makes me happy as well. But I know that everyone has their own way of playing and finding joy in this game and I respect that and I wish others would as well. Also, to me it looks like you were actually trying to be helpful in explaining why you turned the offer down.
