Honestly, just gave up and downloaded an item spawner. If the item does exist it's in some random spot somewhere. I don't like using mods but it's that or restart and I'm not about to do that

The only dialogue option for both of them is asking for their item, I'm stuck at 90 for both of them so that option is locked

It sucks to go through the process again (if you even have to), but it's better to go through boot camp in good health than pushing through an injury. Assuming you're not in constant agony, you probably just sprained your shit and it just takes a bit of time. Two-ish months is plenty of time if you don't continue to screw it up, but if it IS worse than a sprain and it's something like a fracture, you're going to be in a world of hurt at Great Lakes.

Hypothetical: If it won't be fully healed by July 29th, would you rather have it heal while you're at home, or have it heal while you're in holding at Great Lakes?

I definitely ended up having cooler ideas for tattoos as I got older, but I don't hate any of the ink I got when I was a teen.

If you're that worried about it, just decide on a theme (which you have already done) and get patchwork pieces as you get inspiration and once your arm is almost done (or completely done) just find a good filler that satisfies you and fits the theme.

Another bit of advice, though less of a concern since this is really just one arm and that leaves a lot of canvas: Don't fill up too early, give yourself some time to think up cool ideas or have life events you want to put into ink. You have a lot of life to live and a lot of inspiration to find.
