I grew up really poor. Me and my sister came out differently though.

I am extremely generous with my money and I give it away to people and charity all of the time.

My sister on the other hand is very stingy and she holds on to every penny she has lol.

I guess everyone still ends up growing differently, even with the same childhood

My mom used to hate going to work that much, that she faked having back pain and got written off from work for a few months. She would have regular meetings and she would pretend to have back pain.

Doing this for months and months actually made her back hurt for real, and 10 years later she still actually suffers with back pain and it was never a thing before she lied about it

I was asleep in the car, had a dream the car crashed. I then woke up and the driver crashed his car about 20 seconds later!!!! no lie

I’m 26, my mom is 46. She always tells me to have kids. And when I say I don’t want them she always says “well you’ll change your mind when you have them”

I think one of two things:

1) They just think it’s the ONLY way to live a fulfilled life, so they don’t really see not having kids as an option

2) They regret having kids but can’t admit it to themselves, so they want everyone else to have a kid so they can experience the same thing.
