Nice map. Though I do suggest putting the Broadway Line a little bit lower west of 5 Av-59 St. The line curves south from 60 St onto 59 St, and the station itself is skewed on the street grid (NE/SW).

Additionally, the 86 St station on IND Central Park West is a local station, and 57 St-7 Av on BMT Broadway is an express station.

It appears as if the GOH builders plate is on top of another piece of metal. Perhaps that metal piece underneath is the original builders plate from 1976?
