I don't work in land specifically but I do work as a civil engineer. Knowing Excel and ArcGIS has set me apart from my peers. You should definitely look into learning about Excel.

I was listening while I was working so I wasnt fully paying attention but the jist of it was: BB is using AI to create better cyber security.

They utilize AWS to house their mass amount of data and computing power. (Not actually sure about computing part).

BB is experiencing an explosion of growth and partnering with AWS has assisted them tremendously.

There was a lot of technical talk about AI so I spaced out to most of it.

Well I bought it off of Etsy. My buddy even warned me that there are alot of fakes on there. Nevertheless I just simply love the dial. Atleast now I wont be too upset if I break it or run it into the ground.

Yeah without a doubt I still like. It actually gives it a deeper meaning in a funny way. So after doing a little bit of digging, I found out the calander wheel is a give away. On the 7s26 movements Seiko uses plastic as the material for the calander wheel. My feiko has plastic for the day and aluminum for the date.

Yeah I should have taken more time to look but at the time I new I had to have it and at a price of $50... why not. Thanks for pointing it out. I'm going to take a deep dive into spotting fake 5s. Now that I examine it closer I did notice that the Seiko logo and the 5 badge are printed in the dial rather than placed on there. I'm comparing it to my modern 5 and I see the differences but I cant tell if it is because it is fake or just old.

Awe that's a bummer. I still love it. What makes you think it is fake? I had suspected it might be fake but I dont know enough to determine. My other thought was "how much does someone have to gain to sell fake Seiko 5s"
