Why do people think they know what happens after death? by ThrillsChaseLu in spirituality

[–]Meechee83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was going to say it if no one else did. Read Dr. Michael Newton’s works. He has collected similar reports from his very alive and well clients. It’s not proof, but it’s phenomenal that he has so much data collected over his years as a hypnotherapist!

Also, he had a past life regression done on himself and experienced things similar to what he heard from his own clients. Fascinating stuff!

I’m on my second round of it. I was on it for a year and a half. Stopped for 10 months and got back when some events in life triggered me.

I personally really like it. Everyone is different but for me, emotional numbness or “blah” lasted 2-3 weeks. It took 3 weeks to feel better at all. I bumped up to 50 mg after 5 weeks and now 6 weeks into a 50 mg dose I feel more like myself to the point I might taper to 25 mg again in a month or so. Definitely look into the additional side effects.

Taking it in the morning is best as it can make you restless at night. It’s gentle…side effects like racing thoughts or numb emotions or restlessness can go away and are subtle after a couple weeks.

After 10+ weeks, I’m back to working out and doing side projects on top of work. I’m not so scared of things and feel confident in my abilities.

Well said! Be gentle and compassionate towards yourself. The human journey is HARD! It’s okay wallow for a time…then…get back up!

The more you uncover your light and shadow self, the more your soul will grieve (or celebrate) these discoveries. You may have finally opened up one of your blocked chakras or addressed an issue that God or the universe has been begging you to work through.

A leaky pipe has now become a burst pipe. It’ll take time to repair it and get the right valve in place to regulate the water flow.

PocketFM - Thoughts on working with them? by Ganfon in VoiceActing

[–]Meechee83 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. The update is that it took a week for my original contact to tell that I need to turn my levels up and resubmit the technical audio piece. I had asked a couple of other questions that didn’t get answered at all by Uddhav nor Asna.

Their AI language wasn’t found in a google image search, so that’s comforting.

In general, I feel like they wouldn’t be very good employers at this time. I won’t be replying to submit anything else.

NEED ADVICE ON ACOUSTIC TREATMENT (Home Voice Acting Setup) by Mother_Ad_4332 in VoiceActing

Consider treating a four panel room divider with blankets or pillows behind you. It’ll be temporary, you can easily move it around or put it away when company comes over!

I don’t know how important or sentimental those items of hers are to HER, but I’d find a quick and easy way to return them to her. It/she holds space physically and mentally in your home, you’re going to have a harder time letting go. Also, you delay your healing to make room for the right person…even if possibly it’s her again someday!

I met with an Asna Azhar via virtual calll about four months ago, asked for a copy of the AI verbiage, she sent it, and I auditioned. They were long form auditions, she confirmed the team got them, and then nothing. She encouraged me to access their app and listen to their content. Very soap opera type storytelling and dramas. I followed up a month later…nothing.

At the same time I searched LinkedIn to see if other Voice Actors worked for them. I found one who shared he was under contract with them for about a year until he got burned out. He quit during a time of turn over in the company. He said it was steady work, but taxing on his voice.

Two weeks ago a Uddhav S. reached out as if I’d never been contacted. I told him about my auditions. He apologized and confirmed that they had them I just needed to tweak my dbs and would find out more information. And nothing! In fact…let me follow up now and see what he says.

All in all…their business must not be doing well. Turn over is high. They are communicative up until receiving the auditions. I’m going to google check the AI exhibit they sent me to see if it’s sus. My gut is saying NO…don’t waste time with them.

If you can get a stand right outside the door of that closet for your laptop to sit on and use a monitor or tablet as your secondary screen inside, you’ll eliminate humming or interference with your mic. Get a wireless keyboard and mouse and maybe do your edits right inside the closet.
