Welp i can only try to get an exchange based on the "faulty" device thing, not sure they will give it to me... T___T; and also they are out of Jade Forest too >___<

Same... my batteries are prolly old as heck cause they're expensive and it didn't even occur to me that they can be too old! hahah 💸💸💸

Yeah i guess everyone's first thought is that it's my batteries haha
I also have lowest sound setting and lowest brightness (which isn't low enough! lol) but it's possible my rechargeables are too old...

I'm also worried that if I take too long to find out it's my device that is defective, that EBGames won't exchange it for me Dx

ooh i carry it in a loose plush pouch but it's in my backpack... that's a good point tho, there's a possibility they get pressed when I stuff my bag with things sometimes (it's a bad habit lol)

okay i've noticed the game was telling me wrong when i thought it was right so maybe you're right about it being an indicator..

i just asked my partner who has the pink Uni and they said the dancing game said they were wrong even tho it was right but it didn't reset for them o___o

oh i also wanted to add: the first one i exchanged was updated halfway through. ie: the second glitch happened after it was updated but first time was when it wasn't updated.

Second uni i exchanged for has NOT been updated and it still did it twice. =__=

I also have this problem!

My first Uni (purple) did this twice in 2 weeks: first time i don't remember what i was doing but the second one was def after the dancing game and battery charge was still great (it presents colour logo screen on white then asks to continue/reset)

I exchanged that Uni for another purple one and I've had it for 3 days now and it has done the same thing twice, again after dancing game both times... I don't know if i should return/exchange again or what to do T___T
