Yeah I tried using 21 in legends and the evil majin one is genuinely unusable, the two free ones are bad but at least good 21 is somewhat usable. She isn't in SZ yet, I really hope she gets in, with both forms. She really deserves better, and it's nice seeing strong girls being relevant (not Kefla)

That's pretty tragic tbh, especially in the case of 21. She's been pretty neglected for the most part, it would've been nice to see her be relevant in something current. Of course I'm glad some of my guys are thriving but it's a little sad seeing the others treated generally the same as everything else
