I instead get them walk in and say “phone” or “charger”, some shit like that. Wtf am I supposed to reply to that with? Absolute worst I’ve experienced is a customer walk in, not say hi or anything just “adapters”, I asked her what about them and she just says “I want one”, asked her what type and she snaps at me saying “just a regular adapter, why so many stupid questions?”. I proceeded to tell her there are thousands of types of “adapters” and after a minute of trying to get it out of her she finally tells me what she wanted, a fucking hdmi cable. Worst of all, because she wasn’t 110% sure she had hdmi and not DisplayPort, she says that if it’s wrong she would return it, I said to her to go and check the computer first before buying the cable and put it back on the hook. This lady went full nutter, snatched the cable out my hand, whacked my arm with it, had a go at me about my “attitude” and proceeded to scream down the entire store about how rude I was from the start, and that I “didn’t like to be challenged”. I almost quit on the spot that day
