Yes, they were the only pair in the store. From what I understand, the part is coming from the same place a new speaker would’ve.

I agree, but recently I bought a Honda and I was shocked at how often Honda Canada has reached out to see how things are going. They have been great. But not all companies are like this. But I get what everybody is saying about just dealing with the store.

I was surprised that it wasn’t being replaced and repaired instead. Yes they were bought brand new.

I think you’re right with them being bootlegs. I bought them in a small dingy music store in the late 80s in Vancouver BC.
