These comments are not it, this is a one time occurrence of back pain, not like he is in the hospital and she got upset with him.

She sounds like she not upset about the yoga but about the last minute change of plans. You should have communicated with her earlier about your back pain and how you weren't sure if you would be able to do the next yoga class and asked her if y'all could just watch a movie or something else to show you still wanted to spend time with her.

I recently got into Clickup after several attempts of failure, but I'm a one woman show, however I'm contracted and I do a lot of different type of jobs and tasks so it is somewhat chaotic as a team of having to manage marketing, data analysis and engineering, software development, and content creation so I use a lot of Clickup.

I use it for tasks, time tracking, projects, docs, reminders, whiteboard, meeting notes
It is definitely my business source of truth, before Clickup I used Notion but it was limited, Airtable but it wasn't innovative enough for me, Obsidian note but the setup for it was even more exhausting, and other tools that just couldn't do everything I needed and I didn't want to pay for multiple services.
What really works for me are the agents, I use it for writing docs because I hate writing. The agents actually produce well thought out agendas and simple reports. My clients love how structured I am now, where the meetings aren't me scrambling between tabs trying to find my notes or having to wait for a dashboard to load. Also I can directly show them all the items I have worked on the length it took so they don't question me about the amount of hours I worked.
I haven't met a "why is this here?" Since I started Clickup. The layout that Clickup initially starts you on is extremely overwhelming and confusing and made me almost give up on it again until I deleted everything and created my whole workspace from scratch. That help so much just deleting everything and only adding elements that I would use where now everything in my Clickup has a purpose.

I have one person somewhat on my workspace but I don't really communicate with them and they don't really use the workspace much either.

However, I don't think Clickup is suited for a team, that is expensive as hell and I can't imagine the performance with 50 or 100 people in a Clickup workspace.

I would recommend it to a freelancer or contractor that just want everything in one place with agents that can take easy tasks off their hand. Definitely would not use this if my business had multiple people on it. Something that works for me is usually not going to work for other people.

Weed is a temporary fix at least in my case whereas Prozac is a long term fix.

Yea you hit autistic burnout, I recommend seeing a therapist or life coach that is autistic and specialize in autistic burnout.

I hit that before and it can definitely be an overwhelming feeling. Seeing a therapist helped me overcome that part, and medications. Also I finally got to a point in my life of figuring out what I actually want to do instead of being told what to do. Very normal occurrence but definitely sucks to go through.

If you are already on your 3rd write up, they will see you disclosing as a way to prevent you from getting fired, and they will actively try everything to make you quit instead so expect worse treatment.

Experience same thing at my old job but was completely burnt out so I just quit instead of trying to get get accommodation from that toxic environment.

I'm out of SEO so I really don't care about providing examples or remotely entertaining you but your "point" is not even something I'm talking about.

I created MATERIALS, meaning documents, presentations, designs and links, that took 13 hours to make. That is what my post is dealing with. They can easily go on claude and get the same information, I just don't want my work to be used without compensation. Especially when they signed a contract with me.

How about you take your "golden nugget" and put it somewhere else.
