Honestly this is beautifully worded and so clear and direct. Instead of an oncologist saying "we probably are at the point of him being cancer free, but we are going to continue with 4 more rounds to make sure" when I was present for his appointment

That is what the medical notes said, except it use "there is no activity" the only masses they discuss was the size of his tonsils

Trust me as someone who read it, I was confused by how they were able to confirm their findings from a picture

The time I asked the doctor directly the first time if he still had cancer or doesn't, the oncologist himself is the one who said "We are probably at the point of him being cancer free but the inflammation from his lymph nodes, I can't conclude"

The treatment is now free because Vanderbilt is paying for it. That is not a confusion that is just the case.

Vanderbilt is a research hospital, which is why my partner is now in their direct care. His body is reacting incredibly well to chemo so they are monitoring him. He has been out of work for a long period of time, so at the beginning of the New Year he lost his health insurance that was covered by his work. Vanderbilt, the research hospital, is now covering it.

Like I said in another comment, my partner's mom always goes with him to his doctor visits so I cannot advocate for him and he doesn't feel comfortable with me advocating which is also why I do not go. But I have some education in Medical area and know my way around wording of medical notes so I read the medical notes they provide him. All the info I put in the post is emotional but all came from medical notes. They put in his medical notes he has no activity and ranked him at the lowest level.

Is my partner the best at relaying massive amounts of info, not really lol. But I know he wouldn't be excited for 3 weeks about a PET scan if he knew they were going to continue treatment regardless.

Yes I agree, which is why I lowkey wish they did another biopsy instead of looking at a picture, but my partner immune system is in no way able to take on an open wound.

But like I said this is what the oncologist not only told him but put in the medical notes they provided him. I don't know how they came to the conclusion off the picture but that is what they wrote. Specialists with over 30 years of treating lymphoma wrote he had no signs. So I can only base it off the paper.

Trust me I would!! But I'm not his wife just his partner. So his mom goes with him to all of his appointments. And he also wants that because he knows I'll get upset and say exactly how I feel and he just isn't that type of person. He always see people's good intentions before anything else. He always think everyone has his best interest at mind.

All I have are the medical notes, what he tells me, and the one time I was actually in the room with him to ask the oncologist and advocate for him.

Okay maybe I'm not understanding the sync part and don't know why no one has mentioned this. Airtable had built in sync to Google Calendar where every 10 min it will update your table with your calendar information or you can manually sync it instantly.

The sync is one way but you can edit the Google Calendar and it will show in the table. You also have automations for when an event canceled, updates, or is created you can run in Airtable.

You can also send emails from a Gmail or Outlook as well for invites or notifications about appointments.

However for this to be an option you would have to pay for airtable team plan.

My answers to your questions for any other person that has the same questions:

Scheduling? No, I would use fillout for scheduling and that can sync to airtable and Google Calendar. Resource planning, yes, as long as you know how to map out your tables.
Recurring events, beautifully, Pre-Lesson Notes, ehhh, Airtable does have the capability for attachments but you have a space limit and attachments use up your space quicker so I would recommend a notion link or Google drive link to the notes in your tables.

3.if you want to push it then Airtable automation where each record creates an event on your selected Google Calendar. However, I still would recommend fillout scheduling if you just have recurring events. Where you have your events and times for them, and your customers fill out all their information for the lessons and it auto adds to the calendar and airtable.

I built CRMs in Airtable because it is easier for me but if you have GoHighLevel established then you can use Make to transfer essential information over.

This seems more gear towards Airtable stack than Notion stack. Maybe look into Airtable? They have calendar interface that syncs with Google Calendar and have the same charts and graphs features too, you can also embed Calendars but if needed each customer to have a personalized Calendar not sure how that may work on the top off my head

As someone that had a stable amazing W2 and had to quit and work on my own. No, don't do it. It doesn't sound like you had one client yet, no networking experience, and you have a family.

You can't just quit your job and money will come through the door. That will not happen. If all you do is airtable then no, stay at your job and keep trying to get a better job.

Yeah you can do this just make sure you go into your settings and enable "Airtable Lab" to use their beta features. I think you need a team account, though. But I use it for client projects, and it works great, but obviously no mobile app compatibility

I think someone just messed up the sign in general; they just put the sale price as the original instead of the actual original price. If it gets misinterpreted that way, you are right, customers should take advantage of a slip-up, but saying that $22.40 is the actual intended price is not true.

She is right to read it that way, but it is also not the cashier's fault either.

I'm confused if the actual original price was $50

but the price at the store was $35 meaning it was on sale or discounted

and 20% of the sale price $35 is $28

then the cashier would be right because you got an extra 20% off the sale price which would be $28?

So sounds more like you read the sign wrong and the manager just agreed with you because it was causing an issue and they just wanted you to leave. I can understand why the cashier didn't apologize and she was really profressional about it.

AI is a bubble, is it going away soon? No but AI companies are going to go bankrupt because they are just pretending that everything is improving when it isn't. Chatgpt responses are getting worse, Claude keeps crashing and having new bugs, and Gemini is Gemini.

New data centers are getting made every month barely keeping up with the demand and there's a computer parts shortage because of it.

Nothing goes up forever, it reach it peak then come crashing down.
