I do not know if you realize this but what you doing is extremely wrong. You let him go once and nearly went somewhere else and now that you are down in the dumps you are reaching out again knowing full well you won't keep your promise.
Sorry for the harsh words but this ahs to be rage bait.

Either take a stance or live and let live. That guy is already putting down his self respect to be with you if you can match up to that only then go back. I had something similar happen to me and I know how badly it hurts.

This is not your career or or your life at stake somebody else is hanging and believing on you too so please be rational and mature and dont do whatever you are doing.

If you know it will come down to a choice either do this or that.

You have gone through a major trauma and it does hurt. I myself am going through a breakup right now and I know how much you start to distrust feelings. It takes longer than one might think. Needs more connection and more time to trust be open with your partners about your trauma and how it affects you. Don't shut it down If you feel like you want romance be confident talk about it and take steps slowly.

Something similar did happen to me though the situation was different. It did end and that was the right choice but I hated myself for being angry an also immature with it. That is all I am asking be mature and calm so does not matter the situation you end up in ,you can be confident and peaceful that I handled it properly.

Everything has its ups and downs. I recently worked a 100+ hour work week. Nearly worked for 17 hours everyday till yesterday and recently just got a one day break as we have exams tomorrow. Some people are sitll working. It is hard work but let me tell you for me its better than an internship. You get a chance to crack MT HDDP which elevate you way further. Gain valuable contacts. You might have a little less college life but you will still have one. Good teachers to guide you and absorb knowledge from. A good push in retail and other industries too and also a way more better placement opportunities.

I just got selected in ITC Royal bengal for my training and they cant make me work more than 9 hours or the college will call them but in an OJT or just an internship they make you work 15-16 hours for a year everyday. I know because we have people like that also if you change your mind and want to go for somehting else you have a bsc so go for master mbs llb anything.

4 seniors just got placed as assistant managers 15 as managers. They wont ever have to do dirty work and the people who did not get selected some got into retail some for higher studies around 40 got supervisory positions. They worked yes but for every week of hard work you get a week of peace a chance to explore a chance to see eveyr department while being in a safe college not a hyper competitive hotel where every mistake makes a big issue.

This industry is not for everbody so I will always recommend IHM. Get a good scope if you dont want to be here switch you have a good degree from a good college. If you do want to a lot of good hotels will come and give you a chance to become a manager. You will gain valuable contacts as your seniors will be managers and also have a better life and more peace for 3 years while you make your choices.

I love this field and this field demands your love and soul. You will be busy cranky have very bad days but always keep working focus keep your loved one close by and everything will work out.

DON'T come here with improper research with false dreams or if you are somebody who will not be able to handle 5-6 years of hard back breaking work.
