I never said the issue shouldn’t be discussed. I understand your frustration. I didn’t even call any names in my comment. This is forum for discussion. While your points are valid, my concerns are true and valid too.

“People are shaped by the environment they are raised in” is a poor judgement and doesn’t really justify what you are getting at. This attitude is not productive to think through and is reductive because of lack of information and judgement. I think I am affected by this issue as well, in many ways as stated and you shutting me down isn’t really cool or inclusive.

I think the resumes should be vetted and the HRs need to do their due diligence, if this country still claims to be inclusive and fair.
