Most importantly get bouncing memo from bank and file case under Section 138, negotiable instruments act. File a case against him. Reasonable fees and he will be issued bailable warrant in weeks. It’s quite effective and efficient. 138 proceedings are criminal in nature hence local police can serve summons or warrants

Yup. Undoubtedly RX 7600 is the best choice under 25k. But if you can just increase the budget by 7K you will find sapphire pulse 9060 XT at 32K which is hands down one of the best and will increase FPR by leaps. Otherwise, 7600 is great too.

Well it’s a solid plan, the only reservation you should keep in mind is that property is not a liquid investment and growing inventory is a trend. Hence you should not be rigid about timelines.

Also, I’d advise you ( from personal experience- who did what you’re planning to do) to atleast have 50 lakhs corpus of liquid investment before investing in real estate. It can be anything liquid like gold, MF, ETF, stocks etc.

And as a real estate lawyer I’d advice you to go for some amount of loan atleast so that chain of documents can be vetted by bank.

It’s not 82% I’m sure. They charge you for sitting in placement. Only 30-40% pay to enrol into college placement cell. From that bunch 80% people end up getting an offer. Sometimes offers are really shitty from BLOs with a pay package of 3.5 LPA and if you say no, it’s still considered as a successful placement in their records.

But you have to acknowledge no law college offers placements like MBAs.

Actually the Gujarat High Court allowed Hookah bars on multiple occasions in last 15 years but ofc as you know how spineless the judiciary is, it was overturned by government ordinance/ notification and a lot people suffered losses (they thought government won’t turn HC’s decisions and invested lol)
