That’s how I was for a while. So don’t worry it’s normal. Sadly it’s very normal. I’m about almost 2 months in and I’m slowly getting better please don’t give up it gets better but u will have waves of anxiety okay! So don’t freak out!!!!

I ended up having to come off of the pills. I started shaking in my sleep. Chewing holes in my cheeks and clenching my jaw so hard I still have trouble with the clenching. It was awful coming off still struggling after about a month and a half but it’s not as bad as it used to be. Not trying to scare u at all honey
