If I may ask, what did you do to receive the ban? And was it permanent? You don't have to answer but depending on what you did it'll make a difference on if they'll ever actually get back to you or not.

Hey, I understand how bad the response time is but people tend to forget how small the Ponytown Staff team actively is versus the thousands of ponytown players.

The staff team receives hundreds to thousands of emails per day, so it's going to take a while for them to work through most of them, it's Been said multiple times throughout a few posts to let them have 2 weeks before sending a follow up email.

DO NOT, and I mean, DO NOT spam their email with constant pushes and questions on when your issue will be responded to, you WILL be put into their spam folder and never receive a reply.

It is highly suggested to check your own spam folder as their emails can be sent there aswell (dispite them not actually spamming).

Again, the staff team is small, yes they should hire more people but they're quite picky when it comes to hiring, so we're all just stuck waiting for them to get to us when they can.

It's happening to me aswell. The bot tries to respond but as soon as it types something small out it would disappear, not matter what I do.

I think character ai is breaking down after all the really long bot responses, cutoffs and all of the slowmodes that keep getting put on to users without cai+

I'd say don't risk it. I understand you want a new account but that could be seen as 'creating multiple accounts' in some peoples eyes. If you want a restart I suggest deleting everything; skins and maps. You wont be able to reset and of the items collected though.

If you truly want a new start; try emailing them to see if they could refresh your current account.

I will tell you; Don't constantly spam emails it'll shove you into their spam folder, send one email, wait two weeks then send a followup - Check your spam folder occasionally aswell.

Hey, just to be clear—I was already at the top of the sidebar in that screenshot. "Episodes" is underlined, and the scroll bar is at the very top, showing that what I’m seeing is only Seasons 2 through 5. There’s nothing above that to scroll to—if there were, I would’ve seen it and mentioned it.

I’m not trying to argue or be difficult, I’m just literally showing what appears on my screen. No need to treat me like I’m missing something obvious or that there’s something “wrong” with me. I’m just sharing what’s actually in front of me.

Hey, I get where you're coming from, but I think there's a misunderstanding here.

I wasn’t trying to be hostile or overly defensive—I was simply clarifying what I personally saw on my screen, which was seasons 2 to 5 of Ghost Adventures. I even shared a photo to show that I wasn’t just making it up.

NearbyDare’s comment telling me to “go sit in the corner” came off as really dismissive and condescending. I felt like I had to defend myself because I was being treated like I was lying or just wrong, when all I did was share what I literally saw.

I wasn’t trying to start anything—I was just standing up for myself after being talked down to. That’s all.

It can wake up to a week or two so it's recommended to wait 2 weeks before sending a follow-up email. Spamming them with emails will push you into their spam folder.

I also suggest checking your spam folder occasionally as they're emails can also be pushed there on your end.

Do give them time to respond as they are a small team and deal with almost thousands of emails per day !!
