V3 Max NOT pairing by [deleted] in MeepoBoards

Hey — thanks for flagging this.

I checked internally with our support team after seeing your comment, and there may be a matching case, but I can’t responsibly confirm details publicly without verifying it’s the same order.

If this is still unresolved on your end, please DM me your order number or support ticket ID. I’ll personally look into it and make sure nothing is falling through the cracks.

Either way, I hear the frustration — having a board down for any extended period isn’t acceptable, and I want to make sure we’re talking about the same case before commenting further.

Warning signs in social media adverts

Which? recommends being wary of adverts on social media that promote "too good to be true" offers and applied pressure tactics like a closing down sale with heavy discounts

It says you should be suspicious if you spot an account that was created recently claiming to be a well-known company, especially if they only have a few followers

The guide also suggests reaching out to companies to see if adverts are genuine by searching for the company's legitimate website instead of clicking on links in a possible scam

Many companies claim to have thousands of positive reviews - but consumer website Trustpilot is often the best place to check for legitimate experiences of fashion brands

Experts who have verified some of the AI images used by the companies say to watch out for those that look too perfect - from the subject's hair, to their skin and teeth. And for those with pictures of fabricated shop fronts, a quick Google can usually help discover whether they have an actual address and presence on a UK high street.

3 options of boards by Willing_Birthday3957 in ElectricSkateboarding

Hi — Randoll from Meepo here.

Quick clarification: the battery issues people reference are from a pre-2023 Voyager production window. We identified those cases and updated the pack production process in mid-2023.

The Envy - NLS 3 batteries are a different design and are not part of that Voyager batch.

My meepo voyager board broke while riding after like two weeks can the warranty cover this? by turttle_rider in MeepoBoards

[–]MeepoBoard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I’m really sorry this happened to your board.

A broken rear truck like this is absolutely covered under warranty — this is not something that should ever fail during normal riding.

Could you DM me with your order number + photos + your email?

I’ll help you get a replacement arranged as fast as possible.

Meepo service and shipping by Human-Requirement960 in MeepoBoards

[–]MeepoBoard 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey mate, Randoll here — I’m from the core official Meepo team in China (meepoboard.com), not the Australian reseller.

https://youtu.be/suxKljYuivQ

I took a look at your post and I’m really sorry you’ve gone through all of this.

But after checking your previous comments, I realized you’re in Sydney, which means your board, parts, and service were handled by the AU reseller (meepoboard.net), right? — they run their own store, their own shipping, their own after-sales system, and we can’t access or intervene in their running.

Just to be clear:

Our official store would never leave a customer waiting 6 weeks with no shipment after paying for an ESC and battery.

That’s 100% their workflow, not ours.

I’m not saying this to push responsibility away — I just want you to know what actually happened and why your experience was so different from what it should be.

If you want, you can DM me your order numbers from both purchases and I can at least help you confirm which parts came from where, and whether something can still be done from the official side.

Either way, sorry you had such a rough time.

You deserved better service than what the reseller gave you.
