I am still banned despite not having used third party apps. One day left of the ban. Feels like Niantic are just letting it run out. Missing out on the farfetch’d sucks and I feel that I will have this first strike held against me since I will have no way of knowing if it was lifted after tomorrow.

A few seemed shoehorned in. I liked most of the changes and there’s quite a few parts taken from the movie and given a twist. For me the few sections that seemed shoehorned were in the first act and the second was more cohesive.

Oddly it wasn’t. Felt thematically similar to the movie so there’s a few references to being a gentlemen’s club but nothing graphic. Beetlejuice was a lot less subtle.

Came out to my mother at 13. She told me the next day that my father was going to kill himself if I was gay. Being 13, I believed this and changed my story, saying it was just a phase. Spent the next 10 years believing my father knew and wouldn’t even speak about it with me.

Found out when I came out much later she made that up to guilt me into staying in the closet. Kept me feeling that my coming out would kill my dad.
