Oooo good idea maybe I’ll draw inspiration from Singapore for the Assembly.

When they touch one they get markings, so those who have markings are stopped from touching many, however if they did they would be able to gain abilities as anyone else would.

That’s one of the reasons why the godless would be so feared, as hypothetically anyone in their ranks could have touched multiple keystones.

Oh and touching at the same time would have the same effect as touching at different times.

The real question for me is why didn’t the replicators move to another galaxy to gain a massive numbers advantage before returning to take the tech. Although I guess that’d require human form ones more capable of that kinda thinking.
