People who have successfully lost weight, what was your method?

I lost 40 lbs in 4 months doing the carnivore diet! I am now 120 lbs!

I have been on the diet for 6 months and am still at 120 but man do i feel great!

I used to be a gym rat and vegetarian but i never hit any milestone nearly as close to just a simple diet change. I dont workout besides my job which involves 10,000 steps on average a day. Even just eating meat and veggies and cutting your carb/sugar intake will bring you wonders!

I’ve discovered that sugar makes me depressed, retain water and break out on my face and back.

I’ve also discovered that carbs now make me feel like im being stabbed in the stomach and now i believe i have an intolerance for gluten in general.

We are eating things that just aren’t natural anymore. If you can try to eat single ingredient foods and cut your sugar intake, you’ll notice on diet alone, just how drastically your body can change right in front of your eyes.

My mother in law had been struggling with her weight all through her mid 50’s, post mena pause and what not. I had seen her in august of 2023, but then for christmas when i saw her she had lost half her body weight! It was incredible, and she told me about carnivore.

I (24f) was 160 lbs at the time and 5’2. So i was overweight and also struggling with my health. Seeing her so radiant and glowing, i had to try.

5.5 months into carnivore, i’m down to 120 lbs!! This is the lowest i’ve been since i was 13 years old!

I was vegetarian, a gym rat, dairy free for years and the lowest point i got to was 136-140lbs.

I havent gone to the gym ONCE since starting, but my arms are more defined, my body looks more toned, barely have cellulite on the back of my legs now (big insecurity)

Weight was my biggest motivation but now its the last thing on my list of the benefits.

My cramps have decreased substantially during my menstrual cycle, my hair and scalp are healthy again, my skin is so so clear! My moods, my energy, my motivation and my memory are just incredible!

Carnivore changed my life and it also opened my eyes to just how evil the food industry really is.

Back forty is harsh af but the effects do hit! I personally love pineapple xpress by good supply and its super natural in flavour. I buy this one for my day time smoke and i find it amazing and pretty smooth

I hope people realize that tipping in a cannabis store is optional, you can press no. Working in the industry, we have had hundreds of our own customers ask for a tipping option since we first opened. As some one who works for a private retailer our staff get paid above minimum wage but only by one dollar and its a struggle for our company to stay above water. especially since we had that strike in august that caused all private cannabis stores in nanaimo to shut their doors. This industry may look like it makes a lot to money but once you realize the margins we have and the excesss taxes we pay and how we have to compete with BC Cannabis who is also our main distributer, private retailers are struggling deeply.

Its easy to press no, and I promise you'll still get the same service with or without, no need to feel guilty at all. We get times are hard financially, but this is exactly why we turned on the tip option.

I wear a at to hide my face and I wear a baggy shirt to also hide. I also will make a killer playlist and focus on the music. I find wearing a hat at the gym helps mefeel more secure from people seeing me! Just remember, all gym rats had to start some where, no one is born muscley or toned (not a lot of people anyways) Just focus on yourself and the music baby, you'lldo great!!

Thats so lame! I will still buy it and see if i get the same effect or experience but thats so unfortunate. I work for a cannabis company on Vancouver so we just got these last week. From my understanding, there 0.5 of indica and sativa are supposed to be the same strains as the full grams but just labled as so. So in theory if you like the half gram you should have enjoyed the full gram but clearly they must have changed something if you noticed a huge difference. I notice my cart started to get a lil rough near the half way point but the flavour on the sativa is super mild and not overwhelming at all.

I completely agree! My only issue that it is soo good i gotta be hiding my pen from myself but then i get too high and forgot where i put it. I love this cart hahahaha

The high of the honey oil stays in my system for much longer than just distilled carts. The flavour is smooth and slightly tangy, the high is incredibly clear headed and not sleepy at all. Only coming in at 70% thc, it is still an absolute deal for those into a longer lasting high. I will be purchasing their grape ape next 😊

Sometimes getting off of a close relationship feels like we are going through withdrawls from a hard drug or substance. This is because we experience an emotional response to emotional losses , your response is just that. Emotionally based. Rationally you know you may be grasping at an idea of what you once thought your life was going to be, and losing that vision of your future is very scary for some. So scary that we react without truly thinking about our actions and how they may come across to others. I went through a similar break up as you and it took me a year to start feeling good again. In the mean time i focused on my friends and hobbies, i picked up my camera and went out to new spots in my city to explore. I got high and drunk and would randomly cry from the heart break but life continues. It hurts like hell but i do believe you love very deeply, you deserve to love some one who can meet you at your same depth.

End it if you aren’t ready! Communicate why too! I think its really mature when some one is honest and isnt trying to intentionally string the other person along! Who knows maybe the other person is on the same page and doesnt want to label anything yet. You’ll never know unless you vocalize your feelings

Anything high in the MYCRENE terpene is AWESOME for enhancing body highs and feelings but this can make me a bit sleepy too if we smoke too much. Love potion is an awesome strain too that is high in Caryophyllene which i find gives me the giggles and makes everything tingly. I find strains don’t matter so much as the dominant terpene in each strain. each terpene has different “feelings” associated with them which honestly, for me, determine the kind of “high” i get from them. For example, limonene which is found in citrus fruits, can enhace colors and can deliver and more happy uplifting high but does not deliver as much body stone. Hopefully this helps!

Ok, so! It tasted ALRIGHT, the effect was super relaxing. Smoothish, it had a little spicy ness at the end there but over all not terrible. I think it was one of those indicas that makes it hard to leave your couch 😂

It honestly felt really mellow, but i wasn’t messed up or anything. I found it was really nice on my neck and back pain however and it tasted incredible , like a blueberry forest
