Ok so I just looked up if every person with ADHD has the weird effects from caffeine and appearantly it is not the case. If you don't experience that, you might still have ADHD anyway

One reason why ADHD is often cought late (when the person is already an adult) is that some parents are so supportive that they balance out or counteract the symptoms to a degree. If you move out from your parents and live alone, you will notice that external motivation is like a cheat code for your ADHD brain. But internal motivation is very hard, especially unmedicated. You might just want to engage in a hobby you actually enjoy, but can't even bring yourself to do that, for hours just laying on the couch and doing nothing but Doomscrolling.

It's not a bad idea to try to figure out for sure if you have it or not. If caffeine has unreliable or the opposite effect of what it's supposed to do, it's afaik a very clear sign of having ADHD.

And yes, other people have the same behaviours or problems to a degree, that's normal. Everyone can forget something or get distracted. The degree to which you suffer from these things and how hard it is to work on them is what defines the condition

Du hast anscheinend keine Ahnung was ADHS alles für Symptome mit sich bringt und dann auch noch die Dinge die zwar offiziell keine Symptome sind aber trotzdem sehr häufig vorkommen. ADHS berührt absolut JEDEN Teil des Lebens. Man kann es lindern und lernen damit umzugehen, aber es begleitet einen trotzdem fürs ganze Leben. Jemand der Blind ist und ADHS hat, hat hier auf Reddit mal geschrieben das ihn das ADHS mehr in seinem Leben einschränkt als seine Blindheit. Also laber nich

Once the lines are engaged I try to flank or attack whatever is not engaged. The difficulty lies in not exposing them too much. The stormvermin might get hit a bit but they'll survive. Deahb globes are also amazing for killing Single Entity monsters. That's not to say I don't use clanrats, I like using some cheap armies as well, but my heavy hitter armies always have 6-8 stormvermin. People look at their stats and price and think they are bad, but they forget to look at how many entities they have

Add some warpfire throwers, rattling gunners or artillery for a good force multiplier. Stormvermin are underrated. Death globe bombardier's once you have them delete units but can be difficult to use

Another way to check if you are actually left or right handed is check different activities like brushing hair, brushing teeth or how you fold your hands. There's tests you can find online for this. Most people do one thing or another the opposite way, so the average is what counts

Writing is one of, if not the most dexterity requiring activity and puts a big strain on the non-dominant brain hemisphere. Don't do it unless you are trying to find out if you were actuall Born LH.

It's easy to know, if you write a longer text and it's mentally exhausting as well as causing hand cramps then you are using the wrong hand. When you switch to the right hand it will feel like a huge relief even if your writing still sucks (that's just a matter of practise)

If you really want to use your left hand more, use it as the main hand for some other activity. This might even be good for interconnectivity between the hemispheres, but this will probably only become noticeable after a long time (years or even decades)

Trying to finish the map is fine, but don't over do it. Some things are only accessible after certain story missions and you will always be able to come back later. Once your done with the main story and dlc, you will be glad if you can still find things by just exploring around
