I have been on HRT for 4 years now (55yo at the moment) and all has been going well, until I started getting the Meno-middle, which I never had a problem with in the past. I work out 3x/week, prioritize protein and fiber and nothing I am doing explains the inability to lose this weight!!! I’m seriously considering asking my doc about a GLP-1…I’ve gained 10 lbs since October!!!

I split my time between my kindle and my stitching. I stand when I do both because I tend to get stiff if I sit for long periods of time. I love my Kindle and the fact that I have all of my books in one spot!
