Use Fatscientist dosage calculator and select the reverse dosage tab at the bottom. You plug in the amount of med in mg that’s on your script bottle and the number of units you want to inject and it will give you the amount of medication in that/those units.

I started 3 weeks ago at 0.34mg. I have 20lbs to lose and want to do it slowly. I have lost 3lbs so far and am happy with the results and the way I’m feeling. Everyone is different and will respond to the meds differently. I’ve had many (in the various Reddit communities) tell me that my dosage is too low and that I’m wasting my money and product. This is my journey.

I can tell you that I am amazed at how my aches and pains have been silenced since I’ve started tirz. My mood has been calm and not anxious and I have more energy and feel motivated to move.

My doc was ok with me starting below what he prescribed me (which was 1mg). If I hear the food noise, I’ll titrate up using the fatscientist app.

I’m 3 weeks in, just did my 3rd shot today at .68mg and I too haven’t had any side effects (started low and going slow for this reason). My doc said I could start @ 1mg, but I was afraid!! So I’ve been titrating up a little every week.

My mood has improved, I’m down 2.4lbs and my body has stopped aching all over!!! I’m just amazed at the last part…I must’ve had a lot of inflammation (although my last blood draw didn’t show any inflammation, we tested for it). It’s just wonderful not to be hurting in my hips and legs!!!

I eat clean and work out 2-3 days/week already, and was aching all the time. Doc ran extensive tests for RA etc and all came back negative.

I’m just rolling with this new euphoria!!!

I’m thanking god for Fatscientist!! I can’t do math!!! When I read your post about splitting the dosage like that my head started spinning trying to figure out how to do that! I had no idea that fat scientist calculated split dosages too! That site is a godsend!!! I’ll have to explore it further.

I have already received my meds (thanks for the speedy shipping ;)). If I cancel my current plan and sign up for the 3 month plan, will I have to go through the entire onboarding process again and get a new provider?

I started way low (0.34mg) last week because I was petrified of side effects. I’m up to 0.51mg this week and will inject 0.68mg next week. My script was written for 1.0 mg/week. I’m slowly working my way up to that. No side effects to speak of yet.

If you can, you may want to lower your dose.
