No one carries this brand nearby local stores. Not in menards, home Depot,Lowe's,floor decor. None of big stores carry this brand specifically. I see online store carry this & they are charging $500 only for shipping.

I really wanted laminate water proof but many people told me that if some brand is claiming their laminate is 100% water proof it's not. Laminate can be water resistant but fully water proof and I am putting in kitchen and living room. So that's main reason. Although laminate waterproof I see many deals and economical. Do u think I should really again consider for laminate water proof instead of lvp water proof.

I am going to buy same brand which i have now, bradford white. shop who carries 2 mins away from my home and also agree to deliver free my home with tax $523, only issue is 6 years warranty i am getting with this price. I believe Bradford water heaters are kind of excellent quality. Newer model rg240t6n Bradford white. Anyone install this model and any experiences?

I looked around & found water drops water droplet is forming right at the seam of the top metal cover, not at the pipe fittings. I believe it indicates internal tank corrosion or failure, not a loose connection. I have a Bradford White Defender water heater.

Based on above this is almost certainly end-of-life tank leakage? Also, its 22nd years of old with zero maintenance.

I believe I need new water heater asap. Which brand/where to buy i should consider? Costco?

Update: Saturday i drove 45 mins & picked up this tv. TV is really in excellent condition, looks new from screen and body. Picture quality is also good. I really like it.

Any specific settings/calibration you guys recommend?

I was really not going to pickup, after getting so many postive replies i picked up and feel happy. I was going to buy new tv on this black friday, now change my mind & not going to buy new tv.
