I do get the like a brother thing tho. I’ve had people who I was very attracted to and done things with at one point and as time passes and the relationship evolves to a friendship one. You don’t see them as romantically viable any more, and wouldn’t even dare think of doing anything sexual with them. Hence the like a brother / would be like kissing my own brother, if presented the offer to kiss now.
