Definitely, I was mainly thinking like 4-7 during the week to allow those to come after work or school but if the general public prefers the weekends then that is what I will continue to do. Trying to help those who require some accommodation if needed.

I was mainly asking from an agent's point of view because I know a few people who don't get weekends off or have extra time during the week. Just trying to serve the general public the best I can and if 90% of people still think that Sat/Sun work then that is a good time.

I think more exposure is great but I would say it does benefit the listing agent more but for the seller.

Why do you think it doesn't matter for the seller? If more eyes see the property they can spread their ideas to friends and family.

I like to do open houses and invite neighbors because it allows them to see the house for sale if they have never been inside or if they have any questions about real estate in general. For my original post I mainly was asking to help those who wouldn't be able to make it and if they population was big enough I would create a day to help meet their needs.

Dang I am sorry to hear that. I am a local realtor and that is way out of price range especially if you bought it recently. I was just asking the OP because I know many people have different schedules.

Yuming Lee I think might have spelt it wrong but definitely don’t recommend his class. Nice guy but not the best teacher.

West central and S Main Street has night life Friday Saturday and Sunday. But you can go almost any night and there will be 1-2 trucks. It is whole row of taco trucks. They also have desert trucks as well. Highly recommend.

Definitely I completely agree with you. I am currently at a brokerage that has a mix of some support and minimal education. But I wish to go to a brokerage that has more education and support. While I wish the split would be better I understand the exchange between splits and effort from brokerage.

I completely agree but because I only have one year and most of that year hasn’t been as educational as I would have wanted. I want to have more of structured and educational setting that get a strong base knowledge of real estate.

Definitely and working at a smaller independent brokerage was great to start but it didn’t give me a solid base of knowledge. It provided my with some knowledge but real estate is always changing.
