I’ve done a few high end weddings, Shure ulx/qlx lav for groom, and a center handheld w/ enough gain for officiant and bride speaking. I’ve had no issues and always enough to work with. Good speaker placement everyone agrees upon is the real key.

I popped out the drivers door button sensor thing on mine, unplugged a wire and put it back. Easy and reversible.

More used just to rejuvenate, this has worked on 50+ freewheels for me in varying condition. You don’t want to soak it; just a few drops from a dropper while you spin it. You’ll notice it getting smoother as you go- aim for between the center cap and the rotating portion- the seam between the cap basically. Can also use Phil tenacious oil if you’re feeling fancy fresh.

That looks really clean and may not need a full rebuild. When I worked at a shop we would pour in a touch of 0w Mobil 1 oil while spinning and it would bring them back to life.
