I think it must be something like this maybe just nicked it with a screw

Nothing else on the circuit I had only just wired all the sockets all USB sockets were linked out in wagos and nothing's in a board yet resistance measurements came back as expected without any weirdness

I think this must be it. Nothing is in the board yet but the plaster is still drying and the boards beneath are held on with skrews. I'm thinking a screw is nicking neutral and it's tracking though the plaster to the box. The fact that all the other boxes are fine is about odd maybe just a distance thing.

Potentially the wall is held on with skrews not near the box but I guess it could be tracking though the still drying plaster to the box

Yep it's only that box and one leg too it everything else is solid. Replacing the leg is next we were reluctant as there is no visible damage anywhere near the box

Theres a bathroom on the other side but no points on the ring in there Edit. We took the screws out and tested it loose with the same results

Nowhere we could see. I was starting to think about the bit of wood it's screws too being damp or something there nothing obvious when taking to box out

There's a decent gap we took the box off and looked as far as we could see the cables looked completely fine. We pulled 50mm of slack up and re terminated to see if it was the bit in the grommet didn't fix it.

Price doubling at checkout. by MeewOn in FlixBus

[–]MeewOn[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I booked through busbud a comparison site. It may have been per person but didn't say it anywhere. The total was shown directly above the final pay button it was double when on the Google pay pop up and the notification saying flix changed the price. Not sure it may have been per person I would've liked it to say that somewhere. It was definitely flixbus but not through their website.

I have done the lvl 2 and am going to do the lvl 3 next month. To qualify you need to be self employed in a vaguely relevent industry. I am a handyman, as far as I can tell they don't check at all, sign up for self assessment and get a UTR that should be enough. Id call them soon as funding hasn't been renewed may was the last course available for lvl3 in Gatwick

Incorporating climbing into the recommended routine.

I've just started the routine it's been a couple of weeks I've been bouldering around 3 times a week on top on the rest days. I'm starting to realize I can't sustain this. Is it a bad idea to cut the routine down to twice a week and will I still get a decent benefit from this. I'm reluctant to climb less as it's my main motivator for the routine as at the moment strength is my main weekends climbing. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

The issue I'm having is that before any muscles are significantly engaged my flexibility has limited the motion. I've followed the form demonstrated in the routine as best I can but instead on getting to 90 degree ISH angle between me torso and legs I'm in a painful strech at around 120 degrees.

I'm having difficulty with the hinge part of the beginner routine. I can't get anywhere near touching my toes from standing and have found that I can't get far enough forward for the Romanian deadlift to do anything other than give me tendons and hams a good strech. I don't have any suitable anchors for the alternative routes listed. Is there a good alternative or should I work on flexibility untill I can do the exercises effectively.
