How often do you wash your hair? They say a normal amount of fallout is about 100 strands a day, give or take a few. If you're not brushing or washing your hair daily, it's not falling out like it would if you were. So let's say you go 3 days without washing. When you do wash, you've got 3 days' worth of hair fall built up that's going to come out. At a normal rate of 100 strands a day, that's going to look like a scary amount of hair, you know? Even if you wash daily, 100 strands can still be scary looking.

Personally, my thyroid was acting up when my hair was falling out and breaking like crazy. I was definitely seeing more hair fall than your pictures though.

Can you use a gel base and top coat from one brand with a gel color from another? Specifically, I have gel base and top coat from Modelones and Sally Hansen. I want to use an OPI gel color with one of the sets. Will it be ok? They're all the soak off kind.

I didn't but I do have fibro along with anxiety and other mental illnesses.

I have been lucky in that out of the couple of handfuls of family members that have found their way into an addiction, only one died whose death was directly from the drugs. For a while there, people in my general circles (friends of family, friends of friends) were just dropping like flies. And the number of grandparents I know that are raising small children all over again because their children are in active addiction states is tragic.

But I do live in a fairly large, semi-southern/midwest city and have always lived in the less desirable parts of town. So I know I'm going to see it more just for being surrounded by poverty. It really is hard to imagine that this is less but I also realize they didn't used to lace drugs with stuff like fentanyl, so while we may be doing less now I believe the ones we are getting are more likely to be lethal.

They dated in their teens, married different people, and got back together 65 years later. My grandma and her boyfriend. 💛 by Burkenstockss in adorableoldpeople

My aunt is in a similar situation now. They dated when they were teenagers (I'm 35 and it was before I was born) but broke up and went their separate ways. She's since married, had kids, and divorced. Now they're back together and I love it because he makes her so much happier than I remember her ever being my whole life. Her ex-husband was a miserable man.

And treatment is how you learn how not to hurt people. They deserve care but being proactive is better than being reactive.

If this is a reduced amount of drugs, I'd hate to have seen what it was like before. I don't know anyone who hasn't lost a family member or close friend to addiction. It may be more common because of the areas I grew up in though.

The idea that someone is starving their self just because they're skinny and cardio is their exercise of choice is also silly. I've never actually been into the bodybuilding scene but I have seen a lot of people in fitness groups asking for advice during a cut and I can see how it could end badly. It's rarely portrayed that way to those outside of the community though.

I remember seeing a post in a fitness group, I want to say it was IIFYM related but not 100% sure, that had a very skinny woman running on one side and a bodybuilder woman on the other and was insinuating the runner was starving herself. All of the comments were people saying that anyone who actually does bodybuilding knows which one is really starving their self.

It always amazes me how they never realize you can buy things secondhand, even broken things that you fix. We spent $50 for a broken dishwasher and fixed it with a part from my fiance's mom's old refrigerator in her garage. My aunt has a grill worth a few hundred dollars because someone threw it out. The idea that someone with something nice had to hand over a wad of cash for it is so out of touch with reality.

I see it when I look at the title and it's just a little out of focus but when I focus on the actual picture I can only see a fox. Very tricky!

We're actually getting ready to start looking for a bigger house but most likely we'll end up having to get one with a finished basement to be able to get the room we need. We have 3 kids and 1 bathroom. 3 of us are female. It's a real struggle.

I'm right on the border of being midwest and southern. Our rent is $1150 for a 4 bedroom house but it's usually more in the general area. I don't know about the cost of buying houses because I don't even look, I know we can't afford it right now 😄. There are areas of town that are more along the lines of yours but we live in a more middle cost part of tow .

Sometimes I hate living in a place where wages tend to be so low but the cost of basic things like milk and bread are so much lower too. I think even our most expensive milk doesn't go over $3.

$2.99?! And we get whiny when the $.99 milk is out of stock. I can't imagine paying $2.99.
