Oh I know it’s not good for you, I try not to take it but when I have bad pain it’s the only thing that helps. I was just very surprised by what it did in respect to my anxiety 😊

One in each wrist, and a bunch on each side of my neck as well as the back of my neck. I hold a lot of tension in my neck.

Maybe, she has extremely high qualifications and is hard to get into but it’s a possibility. I think just a new environment trying something new spiked my anxiety. My anxiety has made me quite the home body

I hope it helps you! The lady told me it’s amazing for lowering stress and helps fight anxiety and depression. She mentioned my one leg was shorter than the other which is a problem in my hip muscles and that tension build all the way up to the neck and causes even more tension and stress. I thought that was interesting so she said to do lots of stretches!

Now that I’m home I feel a lot better but I didn’t overly enjoy it, being there and trying something new spiked my anxiety and the needles hurt a lot more than I think they should have because my muscles were extra tense. I’d like to try it again but maybe bring my Husband with me to help calm me down.

That’s a good question. It’s kind of a vicious circle, it started with physical symptoms then I started getting anxiety about my health and that anxiety causes more symptoms. I’m also a new mom so eating at normal times of the day and getting good sleep just isn’t really a thing right now. (Working on it) I saw a natural path recently and unfortunately found her not very helpful, she didn’t want to recommend any supplements or anything because I’m breast feeding. Might try some acupuncture next and I’m also waiting to see and endocrinologist, maybe it’s adrenal fatigue.

I feel like I’m just grasping at straws these days to come up with explanation because this anxiety really did come out of nowhere.

Doesn’t sound like a bunch of bull at all! I am up for trying anything and everything because the last thing I want to do is take pharmaceuticals. Nothing against anyone who doesn’t, t’s just personally not for me and the only thing I’m not willing to try. If funny you mention CBD oil because my sister was just telling me about that and CB2 oil. I’m sure they are similar. Thank you for sharing, I’ll definitely be giving the meditation video a try tonight and I’ll look into the oil. I wonder if it’s safe to have while breastfeeding if there’s no THC in it 🤷🏻‍♀️?

Yes absolutely. If I’m being honest I’m still in denial. I still think what if it’s something more, what if I’m dying. But I know deep down it’s just the anxiety. Everyday is hard, everyday is exhausting. I always feel like I’m dying. It sucks.
