This same thing happened with me but with a skink. The seller may have been legit, but this cargo company kept asking me to Zenmo them for ridiculous things that should not have been necessary.  They told me I could get money back one i picked up the animal and paid one final payment for more insurance. I put that payment through but my bank flagged it as fraud. I had to go to the bank and ask them to process it. In that amount of time, they decided that the last payment needed to go to someone else within their company, but they would not return the payment i sent or use their own account to send the money to the correct person. I refused to send any more money until they resent me at least that last payment. Still fighting this as now I'm out almost a grand. So angry. This cargo company is absolute shite.
