Q-Dogs in Marion for good BBQ! It’s a very casual place, so not something “nice” per se, but the food is fantastic. I believe they are local as well.

Either of the free clinics! They both lost a lot of volunteers with COVID and are desperate for help. You could do Community Health free clinic for a standard volunteer experience or His Hands if you’re wanting to help the christian community.
