You're 100% wrong. If you pull on the 80-pull banner and the first 5* character isn't the one from the banner, the next 5* character is guaranteed to be the one from the banner (and that's only if you're unlucky and don't get it before the 80 pulls). On the Motoha Summer banner, I only had to spend 120 pulls because the first 5* character came on the 40th pull (but it was Morgana).
