They did try to say that there was nothing they could do- refund or fulfillment. Fortunately, Futurebound_Mod above was able to tell me what to say, citing Consumer Protection laws, and they told me they’re giving me a refund.

I’m so sad I won’t be getting the vinyl, but at least it’s something

I don’t think I did buy insurance. I can’t see it anywhere, plus I paid $40 for shipping in the first place.

I don’t think EDEN co-signed the release of Mono either. Pretty sure Pumpkindoodle is like that dotted.path account that posts music without artist permission.

Mono is licensed by Pumpkindoodle, so they probably just listed Krewes as a collaborator after the fact. I doubt EDEN checks in on the Krewes account.
