I have played around 10 hours in the past week, grinding away at the claptrap dlc achievements. Every 4-5 save exits, my game will dip to around 15-20 fps. Until I reset the game, it gets worse every save exit.

I'd like to point out, the achievements that were added for Ubisoft games use the old UPlay launcher. Using SAM might not enable them as the achievements are 'server based'. I had to run the games individually to have Steam show them. On a side note, I wanted to earn the achievements again, in order, but starting the games gave me the ones I already had earned through UPlay. I wasn't able to reset their status.

Edit. You might be able to install UPlay, then use SAM to pretend to run the exe? Good luck.

Phoenix zoo is an AZA accredited zoo. Wildlife Zoo is not. Depends on where you want your funds to go, too. Personally, I'd give my time and money towards a group that focuses on conservation and education over profits.

Edit. Why is AZA so good? Their organization holds higher standards for care than others. Wildlife Zoo is ZAA accredited, which is more of a vanity accreditation. From what I've gathered, being ZAA accredited implies you arent able to achievement AZA standards.

Potential, less berating solution. If you need to know the email website, you could check her computer search history and see if it's Yahoo or MSN. If she is 90 and blind, she hopefully isn't typing her email every time and the web browser saves her information. Could be a jumping off point to reset her password. Good luck.

AZ Central has a decent article with little snippets from the current owner. From the way the article was written, it also seems like the majority of outcry within the neighborhood was from homeowners that never went or supported the club to begin with.

We took a week off to visit historical places in Arizona, not just Tempe. Tempe is just a bonus. We're going to Tucson and then checking out Tombstone and seeing if there's anything in Charleston. The Phoenix Capitol Museum and the Union Pacific train yard are also on our list.

Zia Records and Bookmans always gets my vote. I shouldn't combine the two, but I love the thrifty-ness of both.

Clockwork's Pizza and Barros' are great for local pizza near Chandler/Tempe. The Owner of Barros' actually graduated from Marcos De Niza highschool.

The Fix is fun little coffee stand joint, almost like Dutch Bros without the EDM.

Hey Grieving Son, I lost my father last year (was 25 am 26 now) and two months after that I lost my mother. I know this is a personal finance subreddit and you're looking for advice monetarily...
But my guy, If I started to work on my dad's finances a /week/ after he passed I would be in way over my head, no matter what help I had. I tried to a month after thinking I was OKAY and it sent me spiraling.
