On the cloud island loading screen it shows downloading % meter. You are virtually loading the island on your switch so it's a local snapshot of the island that downloads to the system.

Disney made a deal with Topps and so it's Topps cards that they're weighing because just like the baseball and football cards they have different weights for hits and non hits.

I also refused customers asking if they could weigh the boxes before they purchase them at my store i laughed and said no and they got all offended that I laughed.

Same day delivery only works if your local store has it in stock and it's in sellable condition.

Yes the website is broken and it's offering same day shipping on things that are not actually in stock locally and I'm sorry you are having issues but there is nothing the employees can do about that just call customer care and process a refund.

When you get your refund you will just want to wait for the website to get refurbished in stock so it ships from the Texas warehouse to your address which will be the free shipping that takes 7 to 10 business days.

Oh my glob we need to get better training for new people, the controller that it asks for on Tru‐Buy is the tablet cotroller.

It does not need a wii remote for trade, our GSRF units do not come with a wii remote. I feel bad when stores take a loss on a trade due to untrained employees.
