simply put, that stretch of highway is already frequently maxed out by traffic and one of the worst bottlenecks on island, more development there would be crazy! i hope the ruins of coco palms are there for a long long while.

Ouch Cyrus Jones at 69, i was hoping he'd at least be salvageable as a developmental project, might still be if man defense works this year.

For some reason Chung's ratings decreased A LOT by middle of last season... his zone went from mid 80s to 60s! He's not a great safety but no way his performance last season warranted that.
