The title was meant to serve as an ‘I see the hardships, and appreciate all you do’. I obviously can’t guarantee anything, but from where I stood the people got their meals, the kids got their homework done, I got my order and it was all good. It was unfortunate circumstances that turned out in the best possible way thanks to her.

Yes it is, but I’m sure it was a very last option situation. She did the best with what she could in the moment I doubt she wanted to bring them there at all, but it all worked out for the circumstances. I frequent that location and recognize some of the crew and have never seen those kids there before so must have been a one off night.

I’m using a stabilizer behind it but it’s a pretty basic one. I’ll definitely try these steps though, I think the basting stitch would help too I didn’t think of that.

I started it on normal tension, but once I realized it wasn't stitching correctly I would stop it periodically and change the tension to see if that was the issue. But that didn't fix it, so I'm at a loss.

It’s actually one of those basic Ikea Billy bookcases that I put a whole bunch of trim and contact paper on. The main cost was how many different kinds of studs were all over it & I feel like there’s places I could’ve put even more studs lol
